A Story Rooted in Milan

A quiet residence with over two centuries of Milanese history, thoughtfully restored for today. Behind its façade, every detail reflects a dialogue between heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary living.

An Enduring Home

Originally built in the early 1800s, the building became the private residence of engineer Giuseppe Laveni in 1911. Responsible for some of Milan’s defining landmarks, Laveni transformed the house into an elegant city home where architecture, proportion and craftsmanship came together. Today, its original character has been carefully preserved, allowing historic details and contemporary hospitality to exist in perfect balance.
