Casa Laveni Hotel
The House.
Originally built in the 19th century, Casa Laveni became the private residence of Engineer Giuseppe Laveni in 1911, famed for landmarks including the Excelsior Hotel Gallia and the Odeon Cinema. That legacy of quiet elegance has endured for over a century.
Today, Delogu Architecture and Studio Sacchi Architetti honor the neoclassical rigor of the original structure while layering a dreamlike, contemporary vision: cloud-painted ceilings, unexpected textures, intimate patios framing Brera's rooftops. The result is a place where heritage stone façades and classical cornices meet sky-blue palettes, tactile surprises, and understated whimsy.
Period detail converses with modern imagination. History and the present coexist without effort.
